Who we are: We are your neighbors and friends who practice Tai Chi mostly for our health. We would like to meet you.

What we do: We meet usually three times each week to teach and practice Tai Chi for health.

What is Tai Chi: Tai Chi is a gentle exercise program that evolved based on ancient Chinese martial arts. The slow, beautiful movements and stances promote health. Many report better strength, flexibility, balance, breathing and a sense of well being. For some, it is also a social activity.

Where we meet:  Our classes meet at the Community Center, at 500 Amon Park Dr, Richland, WA 99352.

What we offer: Excellent Tai Chi teachers; Yang style short form for beginning and intermediate students; Tai Chi instruction for adults; Tai Chi for health; Three Tai Chi classes per week; Beautiful indoor instruction. Peaceful setting with expansive views of Howard Amon Park and the Columbia River.

How to join: Register at the main desk two or three days before the end of a month. Plan to start with the first class of the new month.

Our schedule:
Mondays 3 pm to 4 pm
Wednesdays 2 pm to 3 pm
Fridays 10:00 am to 11:00 am

Exceptions to the schedule.
We cancel classes whenever the Community Center is closed. We also try to send texts if we have special announcements to make. Be sure to sign up for our texting list.
