Who we are: We are your neighbors and friends who practice Tai Chi mostly for our health. We would like to meet you.

What we do: We meet usually three times each week to teach and practice Tai Chi for health.

What is Tai Chi: Tai Chi is a gentle exercise program that evolved based on ancient Chinese martial arts. The slow, beautiful movements and stances promote health. Many report better strength, flexibility, balance, breathing, stress relief and a sense of well being. For some, it is also a social activity.

Where we meet:  Our classes meet at the Community Center, at 500 Amon Park Dr, Richland, WA 99352.

Our Tai Chi Classes in Richland, Washington serve students from Richland, Kennewick and Pasco as well as West Richland, Finley, and Burbank.

Tai Chi in Richland Washington has excellent teachers. We include Yang style short form for beginning and intermediate students. This is Tai Chi instruction for adults. We believe Tai Chi is great for health. At the Community Center we hold three Tai Chi classes per week. Indoor Tai Chi instruction feels like the outdoors, with windows overlooking Howard Amon Park and the Columbia River.

    1. Yes, class is expected to meet Monday at 3 pm. Contact the front desk at Richland Community Center to make sure they have room for a new student this month. Sometimes there is a waiting list due to room capacity.
