  1. Hi Frank,

I am interested in Tai Chi. I have 2 questions: what if I can only attend 2 of the scheduled classes each week and how much are the classes?

    Thank You

    Tracy

    1. Hi Tracy. Thank you for asking. Yes, we have several classes at different times of different days so that people have more options. We encourage people to attend as many classes as possible of course, but some people cannot attend all three classes, and that is fine. Of course, the more we practice, the faster we learn, but this is not a race to the top. Tai Chi can become a lifetime practice. I hope to see you at September’s first class.

    2. Rates are set by the city, so they can provide that information. They can be reached at (509) 942-7529.

My understanding is as follows: Instruction is free but the city charges to cover our use of the building.

Ball park amount: $40 per month. Again, ask at the desk. (For shorter months they have been charging less.)

Unless the desk clerk tells you differently, assume you will pay a flat rate for the month, even if you miss some lessons.

If you are uncertain, you might inquire about a having a free first lesson before deciding to commit.
