Tai Chi and Covid

Here I will talk about how we safely practiced Tai Chi during the height of the original COVID outbreak. We still take precautions to prevent the spread of COVID.

During the height of the COVID season, our leaders encouraged using masks and keeping six feet away from each other. Health departments recommended washing hands, keeping the fingers from the nose and face and so-on.

Why bring this up now?
Unfortunately, one of our assistant instructors was recently diagnosed with COVID. Upon learning of this, our head instructor donned a mask, and masks were handed out to those who requested them. We maintained safe distances. Half the class moved outdoors to spread out.

The person with COVID said she was already feeling much better today.
