Who we are: We are your neighbors and friends who practice Tai Chi mostly for our health. We would like to meet you.

What we do: We meet usually three times each week to teach and practice Tai Chi for health.

What is Tai Chi: Tai Chi is a gentle exercise program that evolved based on ancient Chinese martial arts. Nowadays, its slow, beautiful movements and stances are believed to promote health including strength, flexibility, better balance, breathing and sense of well being. For some, it is also a social activity.

Where we meet: You can find our local Tai Chi classes at the Community Center at 500 Amon Park Dr, Richland, WA 99352.

How to join: Register at the main desk two or three days before the end of a month and plan to begin attending on the first class of the month.

Our schedule:
Mondays 3 pm to 4 pm
Wednesdays 2 pm to 3 pm
Fridays 10:00 am to 11:00 am

Exceptions to the schedule: We normally cancel classes whenever the Community Center is closed. We also try to send texts if we have special announcements to make. Be sure to sign up for our texting list.
