Richland Washington Tai Chi class welcomed another seven new students this month.

Head Instructor William Powell and his assistants greeted seven new students and introduced them to basic concepts.

Returning students began with Basic Tai Chi Walk before practicing the exercises referred to as forms.

Our class sees twenty  or more returning students and a number of first time students, and the class keeps growing. In the video above, a group to the left warms up with Basic Walk. Off to the right, first time students are briefed on what to expect and how to proceed.

Tai Chi is hosted by Richland Washington City Parks and Recreation and taught by an experienced, all-volunteer staff at the Richland Community Center.  500 Amon Park Dr, Richland, WA 99352 no
